Today's post motto is 'Healthy skin can be affordable and tasty'. How?
I have a glowing skin green smoothie recipe for you - it's easy, it's yummy, it's nutritious and your skin will love it!
Let's get started..
A few things first...
There are so many green smoothie recipes out there and you have probably tried many of them.
Basically, whatever green leafy veggies and fruits you blend, you will never get a bad result (health-wise).
However, when it comes to taste, same cannot be stated.
Don't know about you but I have tried green smoothie combinations which I wish I haven't.
My point is - to be able to harness the benefits of a green smoothie, you need to be consistent with drinking it.
Easier said than done, I know.
Therefore you need to find a smoothie recipe which doesn't make you block your nose while drinking, but you actually enjoy it and can't wait to sip on.
As I promised - this one is delicious..
And it's a skin booster - check the what the ingredients can do for your skin:
