Here is how to make Lemon Water
I like to drink mine in the morning before breakfast.
So here is what you will need to prepare it:
2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/2 cup cold water
1/2 cup boiling (distilled) water
And here is how to make it:
1. In a glass, squeeze lemon juice. Remove the seeds.
2. Add both cold and boiling water the water.
3. Stir and drink while warm.
The warm water will help with digestion and the lemon juice will maintain the pH balance of the body.
How to prevent teeth enamel damage
Note: Lemons (also limes, grapefruits and apple cider water) can damage your teeth enamel with time.
Here are a few things you can do to prevent this:
- Don't add too much lemon juice in your water.
- Drink it with a straw.
- Rinse your mouth right after drinking it.
- Avoid brushing teeth for 60 minutes after.
To sum up, lemon water isn't just a nice refreshment in the morning, it is packed with Vitamin C and your skin loves it.
